I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The people you work with directly could be fun and you'll end up feeling at home.
Most managers make an effort to help their teams and push people threw with careers.

    Cons

Some times the bonuses were confusing and id say that the surveys all ready put the team in a position to get a bad rating. Credit Union Tellers make about $2 more on average if not more, Bankers get paid $5 more.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible, good benefits, appreciatiative and respectful environment. John Stumpf is fantastic and sets a very positive tone for hte entire massive company.

    Cons

long hours, chained to a desk and phone with very few breaks between meetings

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

actively promote life-work balance - give incentives for well-being. we are consistently encouraged to take our PTO, to take care of ourselves, but the actual work culture promotes being "always-on" and always present -- it is difficult to leave the desk or to take time off without paying for it later. incentives for going to the gym or starting a lunch-time walking club, for example.
