    Pros

easy promotions, some weekends off, coworkers are awesome, all lead lists are pre-scrubbed and no cold calling has to be done, lots of walk in traffic

    Cons

very high sales goals and pressure to do unethical things to reach them, extremely bureaucratic, so many reports have to be filled out daily just to prove to management that you are spending your entire day selling accounts

    Advice to Management

stop making bankers call the same customer lead lists over and over again just to be able to report dials. customers get very frustrated being bothered all of the time.

    Pros

very fast paces and amazing benefits to work for wells fargo. all the leaders are encouraging and supportive to promote from within

    Cons

there are really no downside to wells fargo. all the aspects are well rounded and other people don't really learn to appreciate what a good company they work for

    Advice to Management

to continue to use the resources provided by the company to excel in daily goals and keep encouraging employees the way they have so far.

    Pros

A lot of opportunity to move up quickly. pays higher then most for postion.

    Cons

Sometimes higher ups are pressured so much. getting goals ethically aren't always realistic. EVERY and i repeat every banker has opened accounts for customers that dont really need it, just so their manager will shut up because reporting less then goal is just not an option. Opening accounts has lost its value, but thats sales right?

    Advice to Management

make realistic goals. and district managers just visit branches more often to see whats really going on...
