    Pros

Great atmosphere, depending on management. Great benefits such as 401k, paid for military leave (2wks/yr) Yearly PTO (40+ hours for 1 year) Get paid extra for providing great service if you meet your product goals great customers for the most part, and great schedule (M-F 9-5). Opportunity for advancement

    Cons

Must reach daily/quarterly goals and treated differently when you don't reach the goals. Hard to get promoted if you don't reach goals for at least one quarter (3 months)

    Pros

Good benefits program, different trajectories for career growth into 90 different platforms within company

    Cons

Management is inconsistent, in the retail setting each store is successful based on the manager involved and his/her philosophies, strong values but too inconsistent with following said vision.

    Advice to Management

Don't make false promises for promotions only to string employees on.

    Pros

Great culture, work from home allowed, everyone is remote, low pressure environment, laid back managers

    Cons

Hard to get hired as permanent employee even if been a contractor for a long time. Contract hourly rate is about $15 less than what everyone else pays, have 18 month rule.. Can only be a contractor for 18 months then have to become a regular employee or leave

    Advice to Management

Hire your contractors! Otherwise, the mgmt team Ive experienced has been great and Ive really enjoyed working for this company

    Pros

Surrounded by high functioning professionals and community members.

    Cons

Too many reports fro reports, often getting in the way of the task at hand to generate revenue for the bank and providing service to our customers. Credit managers at times were too conservative, getting in the way of approving worthy loans.

    Advice to Management

I had great managers and mentors in BBG that were very helpful in guiding me professionally and personally.

    Pros

Working for the market leader in mortgages they did a good job of marketing to existing clients and gave HMCs plenty of opportunities to earn new business that they would not have had.

    Cons

Due to the sheer size of the company and the volume being generated it often took longer to close loans than the competition. The processing team often was overwhelmed with loans and dropped the ball getting a loan to the closing table which did cause a lot of fires to be put out with referral partners and clients.

    Pros

    Great benefits/PTO
Ability to move up in the company

    Cons

Wage increases are only 1-3% in a position so to increase wages you must move positions.

    Pros

Easy work, Nice hours, understanding bosses, willing to work with flexible student schedule,

    Cons

Customers can be difficult to handle and sometimes the job can become stressful

    Advice to Management

Try to relate more to your employees no matter what level you are on. Felt like the management did not think I was smart at times.
