    Pros

There was large network of professionals to learn from and build relationships with.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great benefits, great work environment, fair compensation

    Cons

Very large corporation and good people get lost. Our entire site was shut down including people with 20+ years with the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Push more customer contact and retention responsibility down toward the front line people.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Plenty of training and support from management. Great work/life balance with excellent benefits. Management really buys into company's philosophy and filters it down to the employee level.

    Cons

Too sales oriented and not enough customer focus. Creates headaches for customers that are having products pushed to them rather than finding what is best for them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move to a more "credit union" approach in which it is more customer focused and less product pushing

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Promotes diversity, great benifits including paid time off to volunteer, 5,000 towards extended educations, lots of room to grow in the company

    Cons

Sales driven, if you are in the sales sale goal expectations are high and area turn over is high

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They really take great care of their employees by providing perks and incentives. They provided lunch on many days and it was just a relaxed work atmosphere. Very diverse work place.

    Cons

They do not pay as much as some competitors but considering their perks and other incentives its still a good place to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
