    Pros

    The organization has a fast growth track for hardworking employees. All holidays are paid, in addition you receive 18 days worth of paid vacation/sick leave your first year and increases from there.

    Cons

    Strong sales pressure with unrealistic expectations. Pay is not great for college graduates.

    Be willing to work with your staff In terms of how you approach them, scheduling and grow them. By being attentive you will make your team stronger.
