    Pros

Great insurance and vacation time available. Several opportunities for promotions within the company

    Cons

Promotions are not based on work abilities and reaching goals. Based on over the top personalities. Must be a "brown noser" to have a better chance at moving up within the company.

    Advice to Management

Become more involved and aware of all aspects of the branch. Cant assist tellers if you are clueless about procedures.

    Pros

There aren't any pros. High turn over big time.

    Cons

Goals are crazy, micro-management, people are promoted base on numbers, not experience

    Advice to Management

Understand that people leave their managers, not the business.

    Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

    Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!

    Advice to Management

Cross sell expectations are going to destroy the customers experience after all tenured employees are fired. All that will be left are employees that cross sell and could not resolve a true complex issue.

    Pros

They train internally and promote internally, also they are very LGBT friendly which makes my life that much easier.

    Cons

They are very demanding, don't expect to have much of a life working for this company. Also everything is sales based so if you cannot sell, you might as well find another job.

    Pros

    - The PMO office and methodologies are very streamlined. The project management software they use is a great tool for the PMO and PM's involved.

    Cons

    - Majority of the PM environment is at-home work and it's hard to have any face to face with a majority of your team(s).

    Pros

    401k match, health benefits, Lifecare

    Cons

Having to use vacation days for President's Day and Good Friday when NYSE is closed and office closed, but given day off on MLK Day. You will advance no farther and receive no real true merit increase no matter how hard you work or how competent you are in your job. Only those who brown nose and kiss up to Management will get anything.

    Advice to Management

You will retain top people if you really reward the hard working ones. Same people get recognized over and over so others who worker harder feel like lemmings. Bosses expect you to do anything even if it means doing it on your personal time. Work life balance? Don't kid yourself. Constantly asked to do stuff on personal time as well as knowing full well that I will be thrown under the bus if the time comes. Management has already done multiple times. Atmosphere In area is encouraged where gossiping and reporting on others is encouraged by the Manager. Client Associates are not appreciated by company and are made to feel disposable.

    Pros

The best reason to work here was pay however the pay now has been reduced

    Cons

No work life balance, absurd sales goals, the customer does not matter

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as if you value them rather than treating the like used car salesmen..you can't replace outstanding service for sales
