I have been working at Wendy's part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good pay, they work with your schedule and they give you enough hours. They also don't have you all over the place. Each person in their own station so you wont be stressed out as much, nice co-workers, very very helpful, you can request days a week before but you have to make up hours, discount on food

    Cons

Be prepared to stand for long periods of times, some training videos are VERY long and a bit unnecessary, management can give too much hours, BUT more pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Each person should probably be in their own station. Ex: If a person does best on fries and worst on register, keep them on fries. Not every employee has to know EVERYTHING there.

I have been working at Wendy's full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I was excited to see on your website that you feature employees talking about how great it is to work for your company. These days so many people seem to hate where they work for one reason or another. It's wonderful to see that your employees are proud to talk about how much they love their jobs."

    Cons

Listen to every member. The extent to which you genuinely hear others will increase confidence, acceptance, and success. Problems are more easily solved when people keep an open mind and listen to others' perspectives. Listening carefully to others also helps us understand and appreciate how group members feel and think.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you are not absolutely clear and provide the clarity needed for all to understand, you will have a confused team. They will not truly understand the mission, vision, and goals. Confusion turns into anxiety, which then turns into fear. Your team clearly needs to know what is expected of them, the value of their strengths, and the actions you will take to achieve the objective. With the information you will learn throughout this course, you will be able to confidently implement the necessary actions for the team to achieve the objectives and goals.
