    Pros

Has a very easy to learn system and positions with a little drive and motivation you could move up in the company real fast.

    Cons

Raises can be real small and they make a big deal about them. When getting a small raise you are moved to a high paid employee and are sent home more often when their labor costs get high.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees should have certain amount of time a year that when they ask for it off they get it off no matter.

    Pros

I enjoyed the people I worked with at the store. We had fun. Have even met some good friends while being there.

    Cons

The pay is minimum wage and going into the first level of management is only $0.5 raise. With all the stress of managing teenagers that don't wanna work, low staff so everybody is always needed, having to meet the timer, and rude customers, the job was hell. Most customers will bite off your head instead of communicate the issue. Never enough people on staff to handle someone calling off. Out of store bosses are usually nice, until they e-mail. Then they are rude. Even had some bosses tell my store manager and co-manager they were a disgrace, when the store is the busiest year around in south Ohio and almost everybody working there loved them. Pay is only good once you run a district. Then with your bonus check, you can buy a boat while the lowest manager maybe can buy a pair of pants. They say do the right thing but ever since Dave Thomas died, they have taken away crew vacations and benefits. What they do offer is a joke including to low management. 401k but only match at 3%, so around $20 every 2 weeks for working 40+ hours. Sechdual is chaotic and random. Never know what you'll work week to week. Could close one night at 1am then be in the next morning at 8. Or even open at 5am then close the next night. Impossible to have a sleep sechdual.

    Pros

Quality food is always being served at this particular fast food restaurant, the pay is pretty much equal to what you'll get at similar jobs, and the hours aren't bad.

    Cons

The politics involved in moving up make it difficult to want a promotion and depending on your management, it can be a pretty rough experience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure to value your employees - It hurts when someone thinks of you as less than them simply because of a salary difference.

    Pros

The best reasons for working at Wendy's was the ability of the crew working together to get the job done. We had the best managers ever.

    Cons

you always received the proper training before being left alone to do your job

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In every business there is room for improvement. From past experiences I think the management team at Wendys 505 in Eufaula "ROCKS"

    Pros

Most of the staff is really great and fun to work with, including most of management. Everyone seems to enjoy working there most of the time.

    Cons

It is hard to get 30 to 40 hours there because they want people to be part time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a computer screen for the fry station, it is hard for the fry person to hear every order from three areas! And get better ventilation for the fry area....it is always smoky.

    Pros

the crew i work with is excellent. the managers do their jobs, and so does the crew. hours are great, raises/reviews every 6 months. i make 9.20 and ive been here for a month and a half. minimum wage right now in arizona is 7.90 (07/17/2014). uniforms are classy and comfortable, customers aren't rude, great environment to work in. we take pride in our work, everyone does. its our responsibility. promotions are handed out like candy depending on how well you work. you can rise to a direct manager/general manager within 2 years.

    Cons

hard to ask for breaks, drama here and there, gm stresses out a lot.
