“Impatient Management - a hire & fire company”
Former Employee – worked at Werum Software & Systems America
Pros – Hard-working employees, extensive exposure to Oracle and PL/SQL programming
Cons – very impatient management .
Old technologies still being used - OpenRoad
Motto - give up personal life to be an employee @ Werum
Survival possible if you know German
Advice to Senior Management – Treat employees fairly and with respect.
Programming is not just fancy typing.
Provide the right atmosphere.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
