Good part time job while attending college.

    MSR II (Former Employee)

ProsThey worked with my school schedule and paid decent compared to other part time jobs out there.

ConsI originally had a great Manager, but he got sick and his replacement was terrible. People quit left and right (including me), and somehow this Manager got promoted even higher. Go figure. To be honest though, this was never a career for me. It was just a decent job while in college. They also helped pay some of my tuition which was awesome.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of the dead weight in your ranks. Stop raising member fees. You need to remember the original purpose of the credit union. Seems to get more like a bank every day.

Not sure if the pay is worth the things I deal with...

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThey love their employees, and it shows. Everyone is INCREDIBLY friendly and professional. You can't walk down the halls, the parking lot, or to the elevator without someone smiling and saying "Hello".

ConsI work with upper management, and they surround themselves with unprofessional people...People that should have been let go for their behavior YEARS ago. These employees treat fellow employees like garbage, and they always get away with it. Other departments can see this, and HR has been involved, but it somehow got swept under the rug.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of these unprofessional psychos that surround management. Every department can see that they need to be given the boot. Unfortunately, I know this won't happen and I am not sure how much I can take before I leave.
