A rewarding experience in many senses

    Sales (Current Employee)

ProsExcellent management and career opportunities if initiative is displayed. Qualifications are a definite plus in terms of promotion, as are people skills.

ConsThe hours are a challenge to family life at times but I found management quite considerate, especially if compassionate circumstances arose. Salaries are very modest and the focus on company profit sometimes a bit over the top.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep recognising and rewarding talent. The job can get mundane and praise goes a long way.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
