    Competitive salaries for most and tuition reumbursment if you wish to further you education.

    Lack of cohesieve direction in upper leadership.

    Working hard to change culture however it needs more attention.

    there is steady work, Residents are nice

    Cons

    Building is in a state of disrepair, management will not authorize money to be spent on anything, will pinch pennies everywhere, used to treat employees nice

    listen to the lower level employees
