    Pros

Friendly staff, massive amount of space distributed into different style rooms to accomplish an array of functions at a time... simultaneously. Places for students to study and even a chance for some of those students to become staff if they find an interest in the building and decide to take a leading role in one of the Weekly functions.

    Cons

Intimidating from the outside, some areas are left empty for a large amount of time so newcomers to the building sometimes don't know where to go or what to do, or even if they are aloud to be there!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make it a point to have a welcoming atmosphere from each main entrance in the building or direct more people from side entrances to an entrance that has a welcoming atmosphere.

    Pros

Some genuinely good people on staff trying to do their best by our clients. Pay is fair. Patients can really pull at your heart strings and make you feel like you are actually making a difference.

    Cons

Short staffing, No support from management, blatant favoritism, backstabbing, expect to be under appreciated no matter how hard your bust your butt and sacrifice, impossible amount of work for caregivers, CNA's, and nurses which leaves the patients at risk, errors and cover-ups, lack of resources, staff is quick to turn on each other during periods of high stress (which are almost constant) no work-life balance. No amount of money is worth more than your health.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Resign. You have all completely failed as leaders and despite what you may think, most if not all of your employees are caught between fear of you and contempt for you. Your employees smile in your face but they are all suffering. You have failed them miserably.
