    Pros

Account managers can make a good living once they develop an account base. It's not for newbies, though.

    Cons

Each division is like it's own fiefdom with very little communication.

I have been working at West Coast Paper

    Pros

WCP has alot of potential to become a huge company in the areas they serve, they also offer excellernt benefits for all employees, and over all it is a fun place to work, the summer BBQ's, the general attitudes of everyone defiantly makes this a overall fun place. Yes it is stall a job and eery job means work, and there always is alot of that.

    Cons

The warehouse is freezing cold in the winter, making working there very hard, and when this decision comes from somone sitting in a nice warm office. Respect for said person flys out the window really fast. The Warehouse manager can be very Immature at times and, the level of profanity is the highest I have ever heard of in any job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You all do a excellent job, everyone seem to listen.
