Pros
Some degree of independence without being micromanaged.
Cons
Management communicated poorly at best.
Tedious tasks. Employees basically push papers through a system of incompetence and inefficiency.
Training was insufficient to do the job properly.
Constant impression that no one knew what was really going on.
Computer systems were paralyzingly slow and effected job negatively.
Advice to Senior Management
Get it together.
Pros
Laid back work environment.
Awesome coworkers.
Work/Life balance is nice.
Cons
No opportunities for managment opportunities unless you've been here 10 years or more.
The pay isn't great for the daily issues you deal with. Other companies with similar work pay double.
Some days can be SLOOOOOOOW.
Advice to Senior Management
Create opportunites for growth in the department.
Pros
able to schedule your own hours and flexibility
Cons
always have to fight for hours if there are not enough hours there will be no work for at home workers
Advice to Senior Management
allow other job opportunities when assignments are slow
Pros
Its a company with a happy work culture, and has good opportunities for career growth. The organization is quite flat and dynamic.
Cons
While opportunities for growth are available, the management seem to not have sufficient programs and trainings to equip their employees.
Pros
good people to work with, decent supervisors
Cons
not very stable, it was a little high pressured in that, if you didn't make a sale by lunchtime, you'd get sent home. very repetitive tasks
Pros
the flexibility of hours if something that works great for people that are in college. I recommend the place for all in college.
Cons
the high pressure sales for outbound call center is pretty tough. o can make decent money but under a lot of stress.
Pros
Great feedback from management and the ability to see all your payroll information online
Cons
It's not easy to get a new project once your current project has ended. It's hard to get a lot of hours because you have to bid on your hours daily
Advice to Senior Management
Better way of getting your employees on new projects.
Pros
It's a job that pays.
Cons
Everything, management is terrible and ver disrespectful to employees. They try to use intimidation .
Advice to Senior Management
Clean house and start all over!!!!
Pros
Ability to work from home. Once again depending on what "skill" you are assigned you maybe able to pick which hours you want to work and take off when ever you need to.
Cons
Most skills dont pay that great (minimum wage). No benefits. Hard to get regular hours. Communication is not that great.
Advice to Senior Management
If you would offer higher pay and a benefits package you would retain better employees.
Pros
scheduling system is half way decent.
Cons
everything, especially the method of getting paid.
Advice to Senior Management
Get direct deposit the pay card is a joke and paper checks haven't been the norm since the early 1990's. I wasn't able to pick my check up on Friday(payday) so instead of allowing me to get it Monday it was mailed to payroll. So I don't get paid until who knows when..
