    Mind Numbing

Technical Support Representative (Former Employee) Niles, OH

ProsIts relatively easy pay. Coworkers are usually nice. Very flexible schedule. If you want overtime you can have as much as you want. If you know how to work the system you can call off a lot and not get in trouble.

ConsCustomers are always angry and yelling. The job is the same day in and day out which is mind numbing and burned me out. Don't get a lot of breaks. No paid lunch. Management for the most part is crap and doesn't know how to run a company. They DO NOT care about you or the other employees. Its difficult to go up in the company and if you aren't best friends with management you won't get promoted. Your degree means nothing here.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn to care for your employees. Talk with them. Get to know them. And stop hiring idiots.

    Pit Stop

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Niles, OH

ProsFlexible schedule & dress code. The job itself can present a challenge as the rules change frequently but that just keeps you on your toes, which is a good thing.

Conspromotions within depends on who likes you. it has nothing to do with your ability to do the job or even your willingness to learn. the incompetent and the lazy run this show. it's appalling.

Advice to Senior Managementstop hiring warm bodies. give this business an element of sophistication -put a little more care into who works for you by making the hiring process a little more stringent. Oh, and b-t-w, these folks aren't just legs you stand on whilst you make your millions; they're people with families & responsibilities; show some respect.
