    Pros

Fast paced, customer interaction, paid training, laid back atmosphere, competitive wage

    Cons

I was treated as less than a person, all that matters is numbers. It has hard to get motivated to improve numbers when you know that you are not valued as an employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat people like the human beings they are instead of focusing on the revolving door that you created.

    Pros

The people are great. Helpful and fun. Great first time job or someone looking for part time work.

    Cons

Everything is so rigid and new and different approaches to problems aren't rewarded or even wanted. often reprimanded for not following the scripts to a T. Management was very self centered, and numbers orientated not really worried about being the most helpful to the customer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There's an opportunity to be rave worthy customer care representatives but the scripts should be guidelines and not mandatory. Customers want quick prompt service, not a forced script from a human being. They can get that from a computer prompt.

    Pros

Flexible schedule, decent coworkers, relaxed environment. You could easily pick up more hours if needed. A very easy job, nothing too advanced.

    Cons

Little chances to promote. It seemed like you have to know somebody to actually get ahead. Slow days workers are forced to go home. Although the environment was relaxed it did seem like it was micro managed.

    Pit Stop

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee  in  Niles, OH
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Niles, OH

    Pros

Flexible schedule & dress code. The job itself can present a challenge as the rules change frequently but that just keeps you on your toes, which is a good thing.

    Cons

promotions within depends on who likes you. it has nothing to do with your ability to do the job or even your willingness to learn. the incompetent and the lazy run this show. it's appalling.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop hiring warm bodies. give this business an element of sophistication -put a little more care into who works for you by making the hiring process a little more stringent. Oh, and b-t-w, these folks aren't just legs you stand on whilst you make your millions; they're people with families & responsibilities; show some respect.
