Good Pay, Must be a self starter with leadership skills.

    Instructor (Former Employee) Douglasville, GA

ProsYou get to decide how you want to instruct the students, with what material and tools you want to add in. They do not dictate your classes to you, you have full control over it. You have the freedom to teach in class or use practical teaching and teach outside or wherever you choose. They do marketing and advertising in town to bring more students in. That gives you a higher pay, if you choose to do it that way

ConsIf you only have a few students, you don't make very much, if only enough to cover your gas costs. They do not provide much in the line of structure so you must build your class yourself. If your not one who knows how to do this, that could be a con.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

In the right department, great place to work.

    Student Affairs (Current Employee)

ProsSmall company environment so will easily know fellow coworkers on location you work at. President and upper staff do try to make this an enjoyable environment and create a desire in employees to want to stay.

ConsWill not get rich working in Staff positions but work can be very fulfilling.

    Big Ideas for growth

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThere is a small campus environment, which provides an opportunity to get to know more of the people that work here.
There is the ability to select flexible scheduling in the 40 hour work week.

ConsThe pay could be increased for the amount of job duties required or requested of employees.
In comparison to other colleges, the amount of required time on campus required is high.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe appearance of leadership and their decision making strategies could be improved.
They could take the time to listen to some of the ideas of faculty and staff even if they are not in the "common" group of people that are selected to serve in a leadership capacity.
