Pros
If you are happy with barely making enough to survive and have no ambitions of becoming anything more than what the owner (JL Davis) wants you to be then you should work here. JL Davis' idea of his employees is that he could train a monkey to work in gas distribution.
Cons
Vehicles driven 200K miles... this can take 8 years. Do the math, what kinda vehicle has 165K in 8 years?
Advice to Senior Management
Grow a backbone and stand up to Richard Hatchet - CFO and J.L. Davis CEO, Learn to put your ethics before your meeker salary!
