Fast paced working environment where potentials are unleashed and creativity is valued. Senior management encouraged personal development.
well-balanced life style
Cons
due to urgency and nature of work, the fast pace may not be taken well by one who is used to a slower work pace. Tempers can flare high when pressure increased. More interaction among the various units can be encouraged
Advice to Senior Management
Promote greater collaboration and greater transparency among the various business unit. This will largely help avoiding political situation in the company.
