I have been working at Western Branch Diesel full-time

    Pros

Technicians are a great group that value the customer. Owners truly care about employees. Tools to perform the job are accessible, if not can be obtained with few questions asked.

    Cons

Typical lack of responsibility that comes with a larger company with vague job descriptions.

    Advice to Management

Do your absolute best to keep the technicians happy that take pride in their work and strive to see the company succeed and drop the ones that just show up for the pay check and do a "good enough" job

I have been working at Western Branch Diesel full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great technicians, decent pay, willingness to train

    Cons

Poor communication, lack of responsibility, no sense of a cohesive company between branches

    Advice to Management

Be truthful and keep your technicians happy instead of stressing then out with half baked ideas and poor personnel decisions

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Western Branch Diesel full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very few lay-offs. Once you have been there for a few years, you won't have to push to hard..

    Cons

Little room for advancement. Management doesn't have the ability to reward the top performers. Everyone is treated equal, which isn't fair for the people who have motivation.
