    - Very easy job, I was basically a secretary.
    - Polite and helpful staff.

    -Minimum Wage (as it was Work Study).
    - Scheduling was never a choice, I worked around my class schedule.

    You work in a closely knit staff
    You develop leadership abilities
    You residents look up to you
    It is a great way to meet people
    There is a lot of personal growth in the first year
