Pros
The money is great. The managment treats us fair. They are speding over $4 million dollars to improve the faciltiy here. They really care about making the place nice for us.
Cons
It is hard being away from my family, but I think they will be coming up anyway. The weather is very cold in the winter.
Advice to Senior Management
Get the facility built soon. We are excited to have it completed. It will help with those struggling with their concerns.
Pros
The income is Great..when they do pay you, it is nice. A great way to get out of debt.
Cons
EXTREMELY stressful>no reguard for home or work life> we have to pay $450.00/mo to stay at the man camp which is absolutely disgusting and have to pay for our own food. Managment has no spine. Typical "good ole boy" environment.
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate DIRECTLY with (us) the employees. LISTEN to the feedback given by (us) the drivers. REMEMBER that the reason you get paid so much is the kindness and professionalism of our hard work. We stay months away from family and friends working OVER the legal amount so you can go to your family and friends EVERYDAY! Hire qualified people in the office. The only ones that seem to care are the ones not associated with THE FAMILY. Really creepy so i try to stay out of the office in TIOGA, ND.
