    Pros

The ice machine is a nice investment.

    Cons

Management is young. There are some who like to take advantage of the contractor's. They are mean spirited and do not wish to address issues when they arise. They underpay those who are outsourced in other countries because they do not want to have to pay them a higher salary so they choose to ignore any complaints against them.

    Advice to Management

No advice because nothing will ever be addressed.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Benefits are decent, global company, many great people

    Cons

Leadership is poor starting at the very top with the CEO. The company constantly changes directions and uses the lowest level of outsourcing for critical IT functions.

    Advice to Management

Replace the CEO and CIO. Reconsider the offshore model for IT. You get what you pay for and the offshore resources currently contracted are bottom of the barrel. If you really want to "transform" the organization start by recognizing that only knowledgeable, highly skilled resources in the area of MSBs can make it happen.
