Pros – Smaller hotel-casino-spa without going on the strip - but close proximity to the strip.
Cons – Wages and benefits are not competitive
Advice to Senior Management – Better pay and benefits.

“pay decent, no respect(with some exceptions) good co-workers”

Pros – decent pay and benefits, clean environment and employee lockers and commissary
Cons – management looking out for themselves and those in their clique, will use and abuse you, burn you out, especially if you're seen as non-submissive
Advice to Senior Management – treat workers as you would like to be treated, not as disposable, replaceable cogs in a gear, workers on the line have good ideas, listen to them
