I worked at Westmark Hotels and Inns full-time for more than a year
Pros – Proper attitude towards employees and a good professional atmosphere. Opportunity to work in a multinational work environment and the pay rate responds to expectations.
Cons – Relatively bad management, many flaws in the organisation process and bad recruitment Technics. Some of the department managers lack qualification and proper education level. Without a purposeful plan of future business development.
Advice to Senior Management – Management is not a child's play, so I'd advise you to think twice before promoting or hiring managers.
