Overall, and outstanding company

ProsWharton Smith is very supportive of teaching new skills and giving opportunities to move to the next level. They are also a very conservative company and as such, have done very well even in the down times.

ConsThey still have a bit of the small company mentality, which can be good for some, but the resources for additional job training are sometimes a little lacking compared to the larger companies out there.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue taking the company in the direction that you are headed and know that every step you take towards doing things differently can set you apart from the rest of the competition.
