    Pros

There have to be some, but I cannot think of any since Mrs. Dobson passed...the company has become nonfamily oriented, more corporatist.

    Cons

The passing of Mrs. Dobson has allowed the more greedy portion of the family to take over. Wage reductions, indifference to employees and "family members" has become common place. Are you orange enough? The employees would be if they were not black and blue from the corporate drones.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember where the company started, family values and caring for employees. Mrs. Dobson is turning in her grave.

    I worked at Whataburger

    Pros

Its an easy place to work. The job is simple and does not require much thought. Most of the time it is IT in a box and I feel it can be acomplished by anyone with IT experience.

    Cons

Pay is bad and they need to change. The pay is very very bad. In comparison to other companies Whataburger pays low. Also does not seem to want to increase pay based on performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay people more money and listen to workers and try not to be IT in a box.
