You earn experience by working in a diverse environment where each employee puts their input so every day at work is successful.

    Cons

Some clients may be disrespectful because of different reasons, like lack of patience, did not get their order right, etc. one should always act professional regardless the situation.

    Pros

People are amazing and friendly. Everyone is in love with Whataburger.

    Cons

The hardest part is the cliques. If someone doesn't like you and your not on a career path, no one will have your back.

    Advice to Management

More training before promoting to management. Just because someone is a great employee doesn't mean they can lead others.

    Pros

Flexible scheduling, quarter raise every 6 months, Easy menu to learn, good hours most times.

    Cons

Manager will cut your hours at their own expense without warning, not the most friendly staff especially when I was a new hire. Was never properly trained was only thrown into the kitchen during a rush and told to do the work without prior knowledge of equipment of any kind.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Good, hard to walk away from pay. The team work was good social interaction. Customers were great.

    Cons

Oh where to start, where to start. Always short staffed at our high volume store, due to call offs, and some employees were unreliable (not all though). It was very stressful to run the store to it's fullest potential while short staffed.

    Advice to Management

Well....Some of the managers I worked with were just flat out rude. They asked me if I was pregnant, talked down to me in front of the employees etc. I would ask my GM to help me deal with this or talk to them, but nothing ever changed. It was bad.
