    Pros

Very good culture. Management works hard to help employees know they are important. For employees at the home office they offer a quarterly review and bonus program. Employee discount for the food is great as well.

    Cons

Very defined processes in place which are good but can hinder the ability to move projects forward very quickly since a number of steps have to be accomplished first.

    Pros

An easy environment to grasp. You become a part of a team quickly. In this environment the ability to communicate well and deliver speedy service is appreciated.

    Cons

Management tended to hold vendettas against their least favorite employees, giving them bathroom duty or other jobs that no one wanted to do.

    Advice to Management

Give employees equal care and they will prosper. Readily provide training to new employees rather than let them go untrained for weeks.
