I have been working at Whataburger

    Pros

    Great opportunity to advance
    Good starting pay
    Lots of hours

    Cons

Staffing is always an issue customers are very rude. They do everything possible to make sure you dont get good raises. Very long shifts as manager. A lot of stress for a entry level job.

I have been working at Whataburger full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, if in need of all forty hours or just twenty the hours are always there. The twenty four hour restaurant allows for one to pick what shifts to work. Get paid every week

    Cons

Customers on occasion are disrespectful. Most of the time one has to stay extra hours due to other coworkers not being reliable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a way to be strict but not be disrespectful sometimes.

I have been working at Whataburger part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

I cannot in good faith give any pros about the branch of the company I work for. I have been treated like dirt.

    Cons

The pay is crap for starters. I do everything in the store, I can work the front and sometimes have to work the grill and I am treated as if am a second class citizen when working there. I am constantly being asked (implied) "Riley can you do my job and receive minimum wage while we get raises?"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give raises to those deserving of it. The ones who break their backs working for you. Don't treat them like you'd treat the ugly step-child.
