Pros
You want to meet people, develop skills and get training. Good environment for learning and to get help when you need it.
Cons
The canteen is not anything to feel is great. HR has had some issues in being able to create a trusting environment
Advice to Senior Management
Management has been great in relationto me. Highest manager within the SSC need to work on social skills and create a trusting environment
