    Pros

I now have a decent placement in a hospital after a very low paying placement that paid until $ 10.00 as an RN.

    Cons

White Glove mainly caters to well experienced RNs. If you don't have a lot of experience they do not want to be bothered with you. They can be very rude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire better recruiters.
