    Great place to work and learn in an academic setting

    ProsThe Dr. I worked for was wonderful. She explained what she wanted from my work and helped me achieve my goals. She even helped me author my own scholarly article for publication. I was able to work at my own pace.

    ConsThere were not any cons in my position. It was a great experience. The pay was adequate for my position.

    Advice to Senior ManagementI would have liked to have had a chance to talk to the department head and get to know her a little better.

    ProsWorking with a diverse group with individuals from all around the globe. Perfect environment for networking as many major players in the economy visit the campus daily for recruiting. Provides frequent employee training ensuring growth. Very rewarding experience if you enjoy working with young adults.

    ConsThe salary could be increased slightly. Because you will be working with a multiplicity of diverse persons from all over the globe there can be some barriers to communication.
