Details
Pros
The hour and the atmoshpere were the best reasons to work there. Also, the opportunites to advance were unlimited. It was all up to how much time and effort you would put in to the job. If you were a top seller or producer you would be rewarded in a very good manner.
Cons
The tasks fo the job varied from day to day. You never know what you are going to do that day. Also, the raises were very speratic. It was another reason that you never knew what you were going to get on a day to day basis.
Advice to Senior Management
I would pay more money to the warehouse employees because they are the ones that are doing all of the grunt work.
