I have been working at Wild Adventures full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

You work in a theme park which can be fun. Great place to work if you're a people person.

    Cons

The culture here is very forced and I believe the management truly believes in it but it doesn't trickle down to the minimum wage high schoolers. Also, never forget that it get 100 degrees plus in South Georgia and you're working outside. There's no benefits or health insurance for employees.

    Pros

Can potentially to return to a solidly-performing company... if leadership cared more about the business than their own personal advancement.

    Cons

Lack of recognition. Lack of advancement opportunity. Lack of company-focused structure. Extremely high turnaround in senior leadership. Inconsistent application of processes, procedures, and guidelines. Convoluted and misleading review process.
