Pros – The work environment is very helpful, relaxed, and full of energy. Anyone and everyone is willing to help at anytime no matter what department you are in. It is very well balanced giving you opportunity to hang out and get away from your computer whenever you need a break. You want to come to work everyday because of the comradery shared between everyone who works here. I feel like I can walk up to anyone from a new hire to the CEO and ask for assistance or just chat. On top of that we not only work hard, but play hard. We have awesome team building events that involve costumes, refreshments, and many Wildfire memories. I love working here.
Cons – Wildfire is growing from becoming a lean start-up to a medium/large sized corporation. Now that we are getting bigger there are needs to be more scalable management in place and the work environment has to cater to several hundred people rather then a smaller group. However, Wildfire is adjusting accordingly and always gives us an opportunity to share when we walk to suggest an improvement.
Advice to Senior Management – I would recommend that management keeps the same hard working and humble attitude we have always had. As we get bigger don't forget where we came from.

Pros – - Work with humble, creative, and passionate people
- Gorgeous office with huge windows and a view of the bay
- Victoria's leadership inspires all of us. She is brilliant yet incredibly humble and considerate
- Everyone is SO excited to come into work everyday. We are all team players and are proud to work at Wildfire
- Huge momentum; we're in an incredible space and are growing like crazy.
- On any given day, there are several puppies running around the office
- Youthful and witty employees
- Wildfire is HANDS DOWN the best social media marketing technology in the WORLD.
Cons – - space: we work in one big room, so distractions come easily.
- commuting from San Francisco to Redwood City is exhausting
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you're doing. You are inspiring all of us. We trust you, and feel that we are in good hands.

Pros – The people you are surrounded with on a daily basis are the more intelligent, drive, excited and happy people that I have had the pleasure to work with. They push you daily to be the best you can be and deliver the best product and service for the clients.
Cons – It's a bit messy around the common areas and kitchen as many of the employees are young and don't understand the importance of cleaning up after yourself.

I have been working at Wildfire Interactive
Pros – - Employees (and especially senior management) are some of the brightest, humblest, and hungriest people I've ever met. That's a rare combination to find and it's awesome when your senior leadership team exudes all 3 qualities.
- All the process of a larger corporation (in the good sense that things don't get out of control), but the bureaucracy of a startup.
- Senior management/HR follows through on their promises. We were told we'd have a 401k plan, new benefits and other things within a certain quarter and they were all delivered.
Cons – - Sometimes feels like a frathouse (loud, beer leftover in common areas, beer pong tables). The Sales side of the office tends to skew younger in age, so this is understandable.
- Not too clear on communicating one's career advancement. Not sure if there are regular reviews for employees.
- Working on the weekends/working late in the office isn't mandatory, but those that do it are perceived to be the "harder workers."
- The company is geographically, in the middle of nowhere. Going out to lunch is nonexistent and your nearby eating options consist of the cafeteria which is like a college dorm mess hall. The good news is that it forces you to bring your own food, thereby saving money.

Pros – Healthy work environment with room to grow. It's always exciting, humorous and enjoyable. If you work hard, then you're rewarded appropriately. Not your standard sales job. There are always plenty of snacks.
Cons – As with any job, the cons are perceived and situational. Tight work conditions and budgets, which is standard for any start-up.
Advice to Senior Management – Please do not schedule meetings before 9 AM. That should be a company rule- No meetings before 9 AM!

I have been working at Wildfire Interactive
Pros – - Great people: both in terms of demeanor and in talent
- Challenging work: in a good way!
- Lots of fun: dodging nerf guns, hanging in the hammock, or playing ping pong is only the tip of the iceberg!
Cons – - Work/Life balance? - it's hard to say this is a "con" as many people enjoy being there and hang out, but this environment would be difficult for those looking to leave after 8 hours every day.

Pros – - Young company with unlimited growth opportunity which allows someone who takes initiative to make your "job" whatever you want it to be
- Very transparent and forward thinking management
- Geographic and position movement within the company is encouraged
- Young, fun work culture!
- One year at Wildfire is like 5 years at another company - what you don now will definitely change!
- Wear as many hats as you want.
Cons – - Long commute from the city
- Somewhat homogeneous employees
Advice to Senior Management – We're always talking about what an amazing culture we have instead of concentrating on keeping it that way!

I have been working at Wildfire Interactive
Pros – I've had numerous career roles at about 4 different companies in my ~10 year professional career. I've seen good companies, and bad companies. Wildfire is the first GREAT company I've ever worked for. I knew before I started that this place was special, but this is the first career job I've ever had where everyday becomes more exciting, fulfilling and rewarding than the previous. What makes a great place to work is the culture, and this place has it nailed in my opinion. It's a fun, loose, but smart and fast environment where everyone is onboard, eager to help, and leading the charge in thought leadership. I cannot advise a better place to work, this place is amazing. If you're fortunate and talented enough to make it through recruiting, we look forward to having the best of the best join the team.
Cons – There really are very few. But the only one i can imagine is that if you're squeemish about common area kitchens being clean, then you might hate our kitchens. They're highly trafficked and not exactly spic 'n span. But it's not a disaster, and very easy to look past in the grand scheme of it all.
Advice to Senior Management – KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!! Your focus on "building a company that will be deeply admired for the way it treats it's employees, customers and the world at large" shows everyday!

I have been working at Wildfire Interactive
Pros – The people, the energy, the culture, the opportunity for growth, the positive support, the freedom to make a difference and the exciting industry make this the best company I've worked with to-date.
Cons – Not a ton of downsides, but there have been some growing pains that have cropped up as the company continues to expand
Advice to Senior Management – The leaders at Wildfire are very concerned about the well being of our company's employees, and I hope that attitude maintains as the company continues to grow. There is no sense of complacency or conceit that prevents the leadership from staying in touch at all levels of the organization.
