I worked at William E. Wood and Associates

    Pros

As far as real estate companies go, I think they do care about their Associates and try to keep them at the forefront in making decisions. They are one of the few RE companies that allow RE agents to be employees or independent contractors. Great office support staff and Managing Brokers are available. They are not top-heavy in management. Largest RE company in the area.

    Cons

They have blinders on with regards to the industry outside of Hampton Roads. Behind the curve in RE technology and slow to change.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The industry is changing and the company needs to keep up with the change.
