Pros

They have a very good web site and pretty offices

Cons

The management gives deals out to favorite agents - They lie when you ask them for the same package, and they don't care about the people. They would rather screw you for the all mightly dollar then keep a good morale. If someone leaves or is fired, no one knows about it because there is simply no communication

Advice to Senior Management

Speak to the agents directly and ask for feedback on how this can be a better place to work. There is virtually no interaction between agents and upper management in HQ

Pros

Overall, nice group of people though senior level people tend not to interact with lower level staff

Cons

Pays poorly and layoffs occur regularly, as needed. No job security if you're not an agent. Not a good health plan, and it's more expensive than most any other place I've worked.

Get to know who works for you.
