Pros
They have a great discount, even for the part-time or seasonal employees
Mostly happy, knowledgeable employees that are pleasant to work withCons
Some employees that should be let go are allowed to stay simply because they have worked at Williams Sonoma for a few years
Advice to Senior Management
Work on getting products to the stores. During Christmas, many popular items would not be shipped to the stores for weeks when they could have been sold
