Pros
There is average growth potential and pay is average to above-average for most positions.
Cons
There tends to be a lack of communication from the top down. The lower you are on the totem pole the more you are kept in the dark.
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate with your employees. Most of the employees are loyal and would be even more loyal and productive if the company communicated goals and initiatives more effectively.
