    Pros

One of the most well-run and highly respected firms, a great way to get exposure to the inner workings of a big firm for those interested in paralegal work or law school.

    Cons

Interns sometimes lacked sufficient work and did not necessarily receive a broad education of the firm. On a less important note, the full time staff was not very friendly or approachable. You definitely had to make the effort socially.

    Pros

Everyone who works here is extremely dedicated and hard-working. Exceptional benefits. Great preview as to what you can do if you work hard in law school.

    Cons

Not a lot of employee interaction, while this is understandable because law is is a paper-filled business with lots of reading and hardly any time to socialize.

    Advice to Management

    More dress-down days.

    Pros

Get the opportunity to work with smart lawyers, some very interesting cases, great stepping stone to law school, lots of young paralegals

    Cons

Ample opportunity to work and or be expected to work overtime - long hours, can be very fast paced for those that do not want that

    Pros

Very well run from the point of view of those who own the company. Good benefits - a month of time off given for most staff (PTO and sick leave combined). Good salaries.

    Cons

Terribly rigid, soul-less and corporate. The staff and lawyers eat in different dining rooms. Don't expect to make friends in this place.

    Advice to Management

Realx. You don't need to act like you're on camera all the time.
