    Pros

The company is committed to a decent work-life balance and offers a comprehensive benefit package. Local management is great. Very committed to clients and doing the right thing.

    Cons

The benefits are a bit on the expensive side and there is no tuition reimbursement. It can be a bit bureaucratic and would be nice if more decisions were delegated to the local level.

    Pros

The majority of the folks that work at Willis are great, however, the management does not have a clue what they are doing.

    Cons

The only foucus is on the bottom line, there is not consideration for employees or for cleints. Employees and clients are only considered for how much they can give to the company. There is no loyalty at Willis. Nothing is sacred, except EBIT.

    Advice to Management

Need figure out the organizational changes and put new systems and processes in place before you start laying people off. At the momement you are reducing staff, but you have done nothing to improve systems and processes, thus create more work for employees, not less.

    Pros

    - Exposure to wide variety of client types - Some travel involved - Post-grad program allows for exposure to multiple areas of the business or team

    Cons

    - No of innovative moves - i.e. technology - No opportunites for or investment in personal growth, even by request - Lack of team morale - Lack or company brand and morale - Seemingly disinterested in keeping up with tech advances at competitors - Not enough internal training, or allowing for external training - No basis for job growth, i.e. career path goals to meet for promotion. Seemingly arbitrary advancement

    Advice to Management

    - Allow for personal growth within team and job growth - Work on improving brand - Invest in your human capital and build out career pathing

    Pros

Decent pay, real corporate benefits. Advanced computer systems. Obvious some people make a lot of money and they aren't incredibly technical, skilled or educated.

    Cons

No direction of what to do. No matter how much experience you have every company is different, need a workflow.

    Pros

Good work-life balance. Offer full menu of benefits.

    Cons

Little to no training for positions. Very shady regarding pay practices. Outsourcing a lot of work out of the country and terminating positions here. Constant change in internal programs, none of which sync together.

    Advice to Management

Work on better training programs and create career path opportunities with your employees.
