    Pros

    -most people are friendly.
    -office dogs!!
-fun little events here and there
    -nice office

    Cons

    - Computers. all of their computers are old. more than half of the time i have to wait for the computer to respond. Or it'll lag and crashes then ruins all the work you've just done.

    - it doesn't bother me as much since i was an intern. but almost every night people have to stay late to finish work or catching up to deadline. thankfully i get pay for overtime, but for the full-time people they do not get pay for staying extra hours(usually until 8-10).

-there are times I will have nothing to work on, then sometimes there will be too much to be done in one day.

    Pros

They are a high end firm with an amazingly great reputation for always going above and beyond and creating majestic interiors. The office is full of knowledge, gorgeous samples, personality, and great food!

    Cons

It is a larger company, so you don't always get to experience every part of a project or see an install.

    Pros

Very Generous Wage. Traveled a lot in different countries when I was there. A whole one week time paid time-off on the week of Christmas where the office shuts down for the holidays. Got to interact with talented colleagues from all over the world since its an MNC. Fun Thematic Dinner and Dance Anually.

    Cons

There's not much window for growth. You can get into a trap of being Marginalized. The company values , became a Question of "Quantity over Quality" so , quality of work becomes "Hurried" , the balance between work and life gets compromised with long hours and ridiculous deadlines.

    Advice to Management

Its the creative thinking that made the company a big player in this field and produced Magnanimous Projects, The creative process of producing Quality work will always be beneficial to a Design company, not Quantity.

    Pros

reputable design firm. very well recognized in the interior design industry. definitely a great company to start your hospitality career.

    Cons

working at wilson is very intense and stressful. many long nights and hours. no overtime. the pay is not worth all of the hours worked.

    Advice to Management

i would advise to appreciate workers much more. a simple pad on the back or great job from time to time would go a long way and help retain the staff.

    I worked at Wilson Associates

    Pros

Like a family. Benefits are great, such as a long paid winter holiday break. Great work environment, everyone gets along. Small offices allow for more hands on design.

    Cons

It seems that older is better, but the old-timers don't care to learn many of the new technologies of design, so it turns out that the younger staff end up doing all of the work while the older staff stands over their shoulders telling them how to move their cursor.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be more opportunities for continued education. Great design which is new and inspiring should be your highest priority.
