Details
Pros
- leadership in almost all market categories on the country level
- good brands
- competitive compensation package
- many contacts within the company as well as outside
Cons
- really "heavy" managment when it comes to make quick decisions
- constant plans/reports/meetings but not actions
- poor interaction between inner departments
Advice to Senior Management
It's OK in general but the senior managment should react much faster and listen to the ordinary staff more often than once per year
