Pros
Recognition
Leadership
Image on the market
International group
Cons
Strategy too ambitious Around softwares
Not enough marketing oriented
Advice to Senior Management
Be more focused on current portofolio more than software
Pros
Great people to work with
Good pay
Cons
Outdated insufficient knowledge base
Little or no training
Advice to Senior Management
Offer employees more training and better support in the way of an updated and comprehensive knowledge base. Promote from within the company to improve moral. Hire contract workers after a period of time instead of keeping "temps" indefinitely.
Pros
Independent working environment, low technical challenges, company car, little supervision and guidance, frequent changing corporate policies, company-provided tools, parts, and materials.
Cons
Low technical challenges, cheap company car, tools, and parts, unreliable parts, little supervision and guidance, frequently changing corporate policies with poor dissemination and conflicting interpretation, very poor support for personal security in cash-handling job, company cheated employees out of promised bonuses, inadequate internal customer support (wait times in excess of 20 minutes for mandated service checkpoints), technicians held accountable for parts received from repair depot that are unreliably refurbished or mislabeled and all areas are undermanned resulting in 70+hours/week, all weekends.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep your employees safe, supported, and their workloads balanced. Train your managers to take care of their subordinates with the same emphasis as you train them on supporting the client.
Pros
Provide all tool's to make work easier.
Cons
At times lack of communication.
Pros
A stable paycheck. Learn more about Banking/Retail business. Regular decent office rules. Supervisors can be rather lenient if you are in good standings. Some positions pay more than they should.
Cons
Management does not recognize talent. Management and supervisors do not communicate very well to all departments. Many unnecessary barriers between departments within Wincor. No raises for a year, no matter the amount of work. Possible up to 2 years before seeing a increase in pay. No benefits outside of terrible staffing agencies options. May not get permanent status even after a year of good reviews. Have been known to take back raise/position offers on multiple occasions. Loud for a call center. No e-cigarettes inside. Manor office is a inconvenient location. Cannot have multiple holidays off in one year. Vacation and Holiday pay does not kick in till accumulated about a year of regular shift hours. No overtime generally depending on department. Does not terminate people who underperform or who are not a good fit. Money within the company could be better utilized.
Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of waste management who cannot show improvement. A lot of unnecessary stagnation in most departments; sales, project, account, and support management all suffer from this. Recognize and promote within. Stop losing good, valuable people to other companies.
Pros
Company car and Some overtime.
Cons
No holiday pay, although holiday work is mandatory.
No room for advancement
Job performance is based on a system that is impossable to get a good mark on therefore raises and bonuses dont happen.
No pay adjustment for anyone who has more resposibility
More responsibility is forced on employees
10 day 12 hours a day is your work week
No care for employees personal life, Wincor does not care if you have a family in fact they seem to try to sabatoge your family.
Wincor lays off its employees to increase profit margins
Employees who are left are harshly scrutenized for not making up the workload for laid off employees
Accountability only exists for the field techs, nobody else in the company has the need to support the workload.
Upper management makes mandatory conf calls to congraduate themselves for working hard and making great profits. and the next call is about how techs arent getting raises this year.
Field techs get no praise and are given no real reason to do more than an "ok" job.
etc, etc, etc,,,,,......
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your techs in the Field, they are the ones you rely on to "do the work" stop making their lives harder or you wont have any left.
Also your lies to the field demotivate everyone. Why should a tech do better when it wont change his life at all, in fact his hard work will be accounted for by someone else!
Pros
Compensation keeps with the city average for a solid position, nothing outrageous though. Corporate has several great ideas about expanding into the American markets.
Cons
While they have all these great ideas about expansion into the U.S. they haven't really thought any of them through very well. This company has a terrible habit of completely overhauling policies every 3 months if the wind blows a new way.
Pros
Pay is somewhat good overall
Cons
Lacking senior leadership in employee retention
Pros
Time off, easy going generally. Awesome when you can do your job without constant harsh criticism.
Cons
Contractual work, cheap, no paystubs, back stabbing, lying, no phones, no upper management support - only to embarass you, empty promises, everyone is family related, greedy fearful people make this place a scary, just a JOB. Cant wait to leave!
Advice to Senior Management

Pros
There are a few great managers who make your job worthwhile and work with you to develop your skill set. Opportunities are present in the right departments if you work hard, find issues and offer solutions. Many departments are relatively flat which means less training is available, but some people thrive with that. Best advice is that the weak at heart not apply as this is a growing company and finger pointers, people who arrive late & leave early, those who cannot deal with ambiguity and people who want to stay in their tiny boxes won't make it.
Cons
Deficient: interdepartmental communication, employee development programs, structure, employee appreciation, training, internal postings of opportunities
Advice to Senior Management
Develop and promote from within, document deficiencies in work performance/attendance and take action, coach and inspire the obvious talent you already have.
