    Pros

Everyone in the team plays an important role. Flexible schedules. Great manager.

    Cons

Not particular to this company or the team, but due to the age of the project not many new technologies are used and this results in inefficient work.

    Advice to Management

    keep up the good work

    Pros

The entire team works as one unit to deliver the customer the best experience possible. Senior management is always available and the structure allows access to an incredible range of resources.

    Cons

With corporate layoffs, some of the people aren't the best suited for the job and support gets difficult at times.

    Advice to Management

Focus on the non- producers within the organization. Move the people out that fall short of your expectations. Build unity among the different divisions.

    Pros

There are none!!! Horrible place to work. They hire anyone off the street with a HS Diploma.

    Cons

This call center was the most unprofessional place I have ever worked. Upper management are very racist. They will walk right pass you and never even speak to you. Qualified African-American employees are overlooked when it comes to getting promoted to better paid positions. Also, sales goals are unrealistic. Windstream makes it hard to achieve sales quotas by consistently changing them monthly.

    Advice to Management

Acknowledge your employees.....they are more than just people filling a seat!

    Pros

decent benefits, incentives, close nit department. I was with Windstream for Over 1 year, although it was challenging at times, everyone had your back and helped lift you up. Windstream is employee engaged and does their best to help everyone they can. Alex Levi - is such a pleasure to work for!

    Cons

Although I found Windstream to have a positive atmosphere, management tends to gossip about former employees as well as some current employees, when they should not be.

    Advice to Management

be conscious of the negative affect it could have on your employees when gossiping about them in the work place where it is easily heard. Other than that, keep up the great work!
