“Wine Steals fails to provide adequate benefits or compensation for its management”
Former Employee – worked at Wine Steals
Pros – Great place to experience a wide array of wines from around the world.
Cons – No benefits, little to no communication from ownership, very inadequate focus on image and brand. Ownership has made terrible choices in terms of growth.
Advice to Senior Management – I hope you are able to recover from your latest project. Start treating your employees better. You seem to have lost touch with managing growth and have no understanding of the need for infrastructure and operational standards. You are lucky to have some of the key people you currently have, but I am afraid that is going to change shortly.
