Current Employee – been working at Wingate Inns full-time for less than a year

Pros – flexible shifts, good amount of training, really nice co-workers, great management, great learning experience, good pay, you get to meet a lot of different characters who come through the hotel

Cons – no technical lunch breaks, lots of standing, have to deal with some really upset guests sometimes, can not work more than 40 hours a week

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work!

Pros – When I worked the front desk at Wingate, I learned how to engage with the public and not take things personally, assisting guests with needs, coordinating tasks set before and learning how to multi-task quickly.

Cons – The huge cons are the salary, no benefits, no paid sick or vacation time off, no OT pay.

Pros – One of the best reasons to work at the Wingate Inns is, it is a great learning experience and they provide many opportunities to grow in your career.

Cons – Entry level pay is minimum wage.
