    I have been working at Wingstop part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great entry level position for honing in on customer service as well as interpersonal skills, patience, and money handling. Flexible hours are possible.

    Cons

    Management lacks interpersonal communication skills. It's a certain way to approach situations and deal with them in opposite of doing so in front of customers and cohorts.

    Advice to Management

    In my short time here, I've come to find that communication between management and shift leaders isn't the same. Also feel not all the management team knows how to manage time efficiently or deal with in-store/ overall customer complaints.

    I worked at Wingstop full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I loved working, it was fun at times. There was great people with wonderful personalities at Wingstop. I was able to become a shift manager in a year after great training from Wingstop's current & former employees.

    Cons

    The management doesn't really like to cooperate with certain employees. A lot of employees work their through friendship and not work.

    Advice to Management

    Don't have any I believe they understand their own actions.

    Pros

    the people are great, the managers are awesome. They work with your schedule and your coworkers care for you.

    Cons

    the job can be tiring and time can pass by slow if you work in the morning. customers can be very rude as well.

    Pros

    Free food is only good thing

    Cons

    No development in management. They treat their employees like crap. You get hurt they get you a bandage make you continue working. Sexist only hire male employees and make them shift leader. No breaks when you work basically a 10 hour shift. Not even a fifteen minute break exist. They work you like a dog you can't get days off. If you call in sick they shorten your hours.

    Advice to Management

    Get better leaders and train them better. Hire more females.

    Pros

    As simple a job as can be. Much like any franchise, as long as you follow the system, you'll do fine.

    Cons

    Downsides are typical of any customer service driven industry. Hours can vary greatly between franchisee so do your research.

    Advice to Management

    Wingstop needs to be more understanding of operational hours and allowing stores to close prior to midnight if the business dictates.

    My coworkers are awesome! Pay increases come fairly quick as long as your a good worker they will advance you no problem

    Cons

    The customers are terrible if they don't get there wings within 15 minutes they freak out and go crazy sometimes breaking stuff in the process

    Pros

    Discount Flexible scheduling The food Annual raise The discounts really make a difference on the regular price. And it's cool to see a new promotional flavor at the beginning of each year.

    Cons

    Unfair management Terrible clientele No incentives No meetings Terrible communication Understaffed High turnover rates

    Advice to Management

    Have more meeting, know how to treat your employees and have more than one person for a shift on a 3000 dollar type of night.
