Pros

Winn is a very competent property management and development company that has a commitment to providing a quality living and working environment.

Cons

Winn is a very large corporation, and sometimes it can be hard to "fit in."

Pros

Stability, Easygoing work atmosphere, diverse workforce, good benefits (vacations, holidays, 401K, etc.). If you like to work in a routine schedule, this is a good for you.

Cons

High turnover with lower level positions. Lack of actual job advancement and growth. Salary starts low and pay increase is minimum.

Advice to Senior Management

Improvement starts with employee retentions. Need better system to manage the continuing growth of the company. Company might be growing too fast.

Pros

Benefits, growth, support, teamwork, personable employees regardless of position.

Cons

Amount of work expected for 1 person, however, some Sr. Managers are very clear about this upfront.

Pros

Winn has a great senior management staff who is very much involved with the day to day operations. You work hard, but am rewarded handsomely for your success. Winn has a very large portfolio so you have the oppurtunity to move up quickly. Also, they have properties throughout the US so if you need to move for any reason there is a good chance that they will have a property in that city.

Cons

More properties in the suburbs than in the city.
