    Pros

    great training, decent retail manager salary and benefits for managers

    Cons

    very task focused so if like to work in a place with more one on one customer service it may not be the place for you

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    fairly low pay for associates with so much expected of them in such a fast paced work environment so if you want to reduce high employee turnover that could be something to look at

    The other employees there made it feel like I would be able to put up with the BS

    Cons

    EXTREMELY long hours
    Running around after clients picking things up ALL THE TIME
    Dealing with extremely rude clients and never being allowed to say anything back to them
    Management treated you like a number in a file and worked you like crazy
    Nothing you do is ever good enough and there is never any positive reinforcement

    Treat your employees with a little more respect and maybe you'll be able to keep some good people

    -Decent pay (minimum wage)
    -Great people
    -Good given feedback from mgmt
    -Not overly strict, depending on your manager
    -Understanding when calling in sick

    -busy
    -10% off discount - could be a little better
    -dress code can be a little strict
