winners is a relatively flexible place to work, and senior management is reasonable. the job itself is also pretty flexible as you are offered a wide variety of tasks to complete. You can stock merchandise, display clothing, or style items according to colour and type. In addition, you can also mix it up by working at front cash or handling clothing in the fitting room, as well as processing items in the warehouse. The work can go by quite fast because of the variety of tasks to choose from and management is not constantly breathing down your neck.

Cons

very few chances for career advancement, wages don't increase that fast. Even if you are a supervisor, you don't really make too much more than regular associates. There are very few opportunities to prove yourself or to advance further, as a lot of managers in training are recruited from random locations, sent to train at a certain store, and then either get sent to a new store or stay at that store. Very few starting associates actually end up in top management positions, and sometimes after the christmas rush holidays, hours get cut pretty severely. Also, very few full time jobs are offered.
