Pros
good fellow employees, nice location, good skiing opportunities. the benefits package was adaquate and flex-time was a nice plus. was a good work enviornment.
Cons
the pay was marginal especially considering the cost of living in the area. the weather is depressing and the work enviornment was at times frusturating.
Advice to Senior Management
need to increase pay a little to reflect the cost of living, overall a good place to work and good managment.
